All classes are up and running and are drop in so you can just turn up to see if it’s going to be of benefit to you.

It’s helpful if you can arrive a little early for your first class so we have time to check in with what you are hoping to get from classes, discuss any injuries, limitations and for me to be able to make more informed recommendations about how you approach the class.
I have spare mats and anything you might need for a class.There is no need to buy anything special, just wear comfortable clothes.
You have probably gathered website and social media managing are not my forte. Really I would rather be growing beautiful vegetables and flowers! I am also studying for a certificate in applied neurology with Nerosomatic Intelligence.
